Operators must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license along with a major credit card for a $500.00 damage authorization. Please no debit cards. Operator must pay for the fuel that they use during the rental. Operators must speak and read English fluently to understand rules and orientation.

Anyone born on or after January 1, 1986, operating a motorboat, PWC, or sailboat in Arkansas is required by law to pass a boater safety course and to carry a boater education card.
